return policyGo Free® offers an exchange or money back guarantee for merchandise that does not meet your complete satisfaction, less original shipping and handling charges. If you need to exchange or return merchandise, return the pant in the same condition as received with the Go Free® hang tag still attached and the hygienic liner in place within 30 days of receipt. Go to the website at www.gofreepants.com or call Customers Service for a free return shipping label that will be emailed or sent to you via mail. Click on the Return Form link, print and complete the form, use the return shipping label provided and return in same or similar shipping package. Free shipping for returning merchandise. If you are exchanging merchandise, product price differences and shipping charges for the new merchandise will apply.
cancellation policyIf you have placed a Go Free® pants online order that you wish to change or cancel, please email Customer Service at email@example.com or call 1-336-655-0200 8am-8pm EST Monday – Friday. If your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise (including applicable tax) when the merchandise is received by our Returns Department.
